Make a sharp stone, a flint chip, and maybe a basket. Go into a desert and split some lassos with a flint chip. Use the rope as you see fit. Biome lock (animals other than sheep can't change biomes) some horses... preferably in a small area, with some other wild lassos. Enjoy!
