Can't buy the game.

I really like the idea and the artwork of this game... and I wish to play it so bad, but the problem is that i can't buy it... i tried every single method to buy the game but i keep getting this mesage: "We regret that your payment or order could not be accepted. There are many reasons why this might occur. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance." Im from Bulgaria and I think that may be the problem... I don't know what to do, if you can help me with something or you had the same problem and manege to buy the game I really would be thankful

Can you try describing the steps 1 by 1, because right now we don't know what you are trying to use or how.

So I bought the game and I never got the email for the download link I get the other links to download like the

OneLife_v65_Windows.exe Windows self-extractor
WindowsDebugTools.zip Windows debugging tools
OneLife_v58b_IntelMacOSX.dmg Mac application (10.5 and later, Intel)
OneLife_v58_Linux.tar.gz Linux binary (built on 32-bit Intel Ubuntu 14.04)
(Requires libsdl1.2 and xclip)
OneLife_Live4_UnixSource.tar.gz Unix (and Mac/Windows) Source Code (notes)
nudityMod.zip

but nothing else is in my email and I checked everywhere for it.

You bought the game? Did you get an email? Did you check your spam bin (it really shouldn't be there, though)

Well those are all things I did:

First i insert my first and last name, then i entered my email, country, city, address, state and zip code. Then i clicked on NEXT.

I entered my card number, the date of expiration and the security code. Then I clicked on COMPLETE ORDER.

Then like always I get this message...

I really don't know what I'm doing wrong... please if you have any ideas share them with me...

One of reasons why your payment might be rejected is risk analysis considering you a risk.

Did you request any chargebacks from your credit card in past few years?
Have your card been properly registered for online use in system provided by your country? (some EU countires have additonal regulations and online registrations needed - please verify with your bank. And no - the fact that you can use that CC in other places does not mean it is "fine". For exaple I can use my CC to buy stuff in League of Legends without restrictions but I can't use it in some russian applications. And in my own country I need to verify every online transaction by additional text message code)
Have your CC have ever been stolen/lost and have you ever had to lock and and request replacement?
Was the address provided real with proper area code matching town, etc?

You could also try contacting the payment processor - fastsplit - with request of explanation. They might be able to provide more information about why transactions made by you are not accepted.
