As the bear ate my child and I hobbled along with malaria...

I have been to Chaos Town

So, I had this notion that I would learn to build a car in game. Not the best notion, but I'd read the wiki-guide and I was like "next time I see the right sort of town I'm giving this a shot" well I was born in the perfect town, right tech level, nice set up... but it was in the midst of a terrible melt-down. There were two murders right when I was born. Then my mother stabbed this young girl calling her a griefer who stole the copper... the girl had seemed OK to me (I had watched her make a draw plate and was hoping to learn something from her) I didn't know what to do or whose side to take! I was so conflicted I almost quit-- but, then asked if my mom needed any copper. She said yes.

I've never gotten copper or made it before but I know you need to forge malachite. So, I took the horse and tried to help. I was able to get some crucibles together but then there were more murders! I found a nursing wolf and a pitbull on the edge of town. I warned my mom, the girl she stabbed was hanging out in that area so maybe mom was right! Bows of carnitas! All the signs! This wasn't ordinary griefing. I also found random things hidden behind trees.

Then I saw *two* bears in the jungle north of town and had a baby at the same time. (I was on a horse.) I got the child and horse I was switching frantically between them and starving but I made it past the two bears and was about to eat a life-saving banana-- only to run in to mosquitos.

Then one bear ate the baby and the horse with all the copper in it's cart ran away.

As the bear ate my child and I hobbled along unable to feed her or help her due to the malaria  I thought "some of the time this game is rather hard" and "this is the opposite of learning to build a car"

The cart isn't too far from town. Maybe this is karma for stealing a horse in another life.

Reminds me of an acoustic country song my friend made when I told him about bears and babies. Its called "feeding babies to bears"

I'm flying high. But the worst is never first, and there's a person that'll set you straight. Cancelling the force within my brain. For flying high. The simulator has been disengaged.
