I was born in a town with two cameras and no one seemed to know how to use them. I decided to make paper, you need that for photos... But first I had to make clothing and then I had to make a knife. While I'm doing all of this there were a bunch of murders. But, the town population didn't waver, and after that died down the place became a lot nicer. Still the murders had me on edge so when a little girl started hovering around me I was at first suspicious of her. Some other kid had been asking for the knife I made and had no good reason why he wanted it so I was like "oh not again just let me make my paper"
But instead she said "I'm trying to learn" So, we did the paper making steps together and soon we had a big stack. When people saw the paper they thought you could put it right in the camera, or that you could put it under a black cloth and then put it in the camera. I knew we needed a silver nitrate solution and I saw a bowl but I was unclear on how to make more. So, we ended up wasting a bowl of the solution which made me rather sad.
I think I'll write down the steps for making it it seems to be the hard part of doing photos.
I'm glad that I decided to make a ton of paper because it gave the girl a chance to do a few pieces herself. I've been thinking about the photo update in terms of making the camera, making the photo paper all in one life, but really if you can do one part of the process well that is a big help. And if you decide to make paper or solution get an assembly line going so that others can learn.
I know that we are all clamoring for stacking, and fixing the issue with items that don't go in carts. (I forgot that you cannot put wood shavings in a cart and it was no fun making 8 trips to bring the wood shavings I made back in to town) but I'm still really excited about this update. I can't wait to look and the family tree and see that one of my great grand kids took a photo!
So, I'm trying to learn as much as I can and teach as well.

That's true, but one that is easy to address is to do things en mass if you can. That gives people a chance to watch. I didn't have to say a word to that little girl once she told me she was watching to learn. I just went a bit slower, and gave her the items after she watched me so she could copy. I love it when it works that way.
