Sadly, in all the hubub on Friday, this didn't come to my attention until after the hotfix went out. Oops.
I'll leave it alone for now, because with the way Eves spawn (picking an existing player at random to spawn near), spawning near tutorial town is unlikely anyway.
This will get fixed next week.

And what if people end up suiciding away from non-tutorial areas en masse and choose to live near tutorial areas instead? They wouldn't do this before the come together update in my opinion, because resources didn't get tight. But, if people do that en masse you should take as evidence as a widespread rejection of your 'come together' update. Remember, you make a product for people to consume, so if people en masse reject your "come together" update, that would show it as extremely flawed beyond the sword. There is not a painting in the sense of such as art without people appreciating it after all, there is only color on a canvas.
