How do you deal with foreigners?

I personally kill every Eve but I try to be more trusting of Non-Eves/ Fellow civilized folk.

Immigration can provide a fertility boost and also more race variety within the town. Eve raiders are just the same griefers from before who now only eve because of curse immunity.

Anyone else has pretty low Chance of being bad.

Today an eve came into our town and starved. So I raised her baby daughter Lola Gay. I try to be nice to them, except when they come over to steal
