Stuck behind reed stumps

I was messing around in tutorial to practice some from scratch smithing to see how fast I can escape tutorial.

So when I was trying to make another basket using the four in a row tule reeds before reaching the smithing area....I got stuck behind the stump second from the right. I was totally unable to move but I can still pickup and drop the new basket to the south.

I just closed the window because ultimately can't do anything.

Is this new?

Been a bug forever. You cannot walk off an impassible tile to the south so the only ways you could have walked were blocked (All north tiles are blocked by a wall and the west/east tiles were likely blocked by reeds.)
