All joking aside, When you download a "Mod" and you didnt check the code theres always a chance someone hid something in there. But from what I heard allot of people use it without problems. Its up to you if you are willing to risk downloading something made a relativly unknown jndividual.

I use it, many others use it, the code is even open-source (means anyone can see the code). It is safe.
