2nd Apocalypse

So we just caused the 2nd apocalypse. Server 11 killed every other server by blowing by the tech tree in 5 hours while being trolled by incompetent people and people oposing 2nd apocalypse and stealing our gold.

People involved in project besides me:
Kailied (started the project with me on server 11)
Antichthon (joined us mid run out of curiosity and helped coordinate stuff at the end)
Arcius
Stoneape
UnregisteredAccount

I'm doing to go for solo run or two for next Apocalypses later today. I'm hoping for max 2 hours runs.

The game might be "dead" with current way apocalypse works. I would expect at least 2-4 apocalypses per day next week or two. Thats the point.
If we spam them - Jason might consider the number counting them on main page a bit to high and make it harder to cause Apocalypse.

Me neither, but as nothing is really important anymore in this game I may participate in such a speed run.

Or start an alternate server with monoliths deactivated.

you know i agree just spam all those apocalypses. maybe then jason will make apocalypse harder and griefing maybe too.

Or he will just make it easier and faster to reset all server. Just like response to trolls killing people was... possibility to kill entire servers in bulk.

Look at all of you people getting pissy just because a solution was found for stagnant servers. I for one am very pleased about this new update, as now I can reset my server and installed all of the updates that I missed. Without having to worry about backlash from my users.

I think Jason have no interest to make updates so he piss all the buying user off so that they went away.

i don't think this game was initially meant to be about apocalypses, same as it was not meant to be about digging up berry bushes & killing with knives & arrows

yeah, needs adjustment

i managed right now to age 25 with 2 children, didn't even bother to name anybody
so rather 25 min of life, not even half an hour, not OHOL

it will all mutate to the few remaining players rushing out to play right after the apocalypse because otherwise you won't get nowhere

& i have to say
i have a life, don't spend it entirely in front of the PC waiting for the next apocalypse to start playing
