Trading is shit in this game

I was born into a black village "the hammers". When I was old enough I left with a backpack with a pie. I went north and found a white village I was trying to tell them that I come in peace. Now I got killed, though it was partially my fault for having a backpack with a sword on it and no paper to translate. Then by some coincidence, I spawned right after I died as a baby girl in the civ where they killed me. So I took even more goodies, Loads of paper,  AND NO SWORD. So I went back to my black village as a white girl. I told them I come in peace with paper and that I wanted them to open the gate to trade. I got inside gave them the goodies than they fucking killed me. Point is Jason fix this shit.
Although props to you also Jason because every civ I spawn in now has a giant fucking walla surrounding it. Good job Jason but also a bad job.
