Small improvements

so I recently Played a life... and their is a problem with the restart condition.  in my life 2 families died out. joy and another one. every time they died I got the popup message. but every time it stated the same thing:

Joy family died out four families left (below four for server reset)

then another family died out

White family died our four families left (below four foe server reset)

so I'm guessing when a family dies  an eve window opens up. however we never seemed to get below or higher then four.

or at least that's the impression I got.

I feel like their should be a notification telling every one that a new family has been birthed so that the player can see the total number of families alive at any given time.

In my pop up was saying Six remaining when I played.

the birth of a family is not mentioned though for spam reasons I suppose.

also, I don't think that an eve window reopens.

I don't know how we could create any new family post this window in some way ether.

When I played last night iirc, I believe I saw it go from 6 to 5 to 4 to 4, with the Jones family apparently dying out twice about 30-40 minutes apart.
