Server Too Laggy To Play

It should be time to upgrade the server , i'm sure they are run on amazon servers. might be time to upgrade. i die to lag way more than i die to anything else. milkweed changes seasons before picked. you lose one health bar each time I try to pick up, drop something and/or do an action.

I'm lagging badly too. (moving back and forth 2-4 times just to interact with any object)
Got the game about 3 days ago, wasn't lagging at all until the next day after apocalypse update.
I tried system restore, reinstalled the game but it still lags.
Installed onto my laptop also lags.
Wondering if its server issue, regional network, or my network service provider...
My friend tried my account in Europe and its working fine with no lag. I'm playing the game in Asia.

Please help! I just want to play the game!

Same, I keep dying as soon as I become a child because feeding myself is a non-stop job with how many bounces it takes to pick up food and then get the game to realize I ate it.

From what I hear on Discord, Jason is working on a fix for the lag right now. He should be releasing an update to fix it shortly.

I've been running into this too -- makes the game very hard to play since the hunger bar doesn't lag!
