Me, and alot of people I know gets steam gift cards for their birth day, so I was wondering, when would the game be release on steam. I understand your doing it because steam takes a fee, but why not make it cheaper on your website and more on steam, Because I would like to play the game, but I dont want to use money, when I can use my money I have on steam

Jason has written extensively on the issue on his blog (I recommend the read), some of which is posted here: http://onehouronelife.com/newsPage.php?postID=377. There's a better explanation elsewhere, but I can't find it. To summarise, it's must easier for Jason to not have to work within the Steam framework (which is apparently more complicated than I thought).

Where did you get your information from? He never said never. He just said he wasn't initially releasing on Steam.

Why would he bother with steam, They would take most of his profits.

Profits are not the main problem for Jason
What he is also concerned about are technical reason. Working with steam and their update mechanics would block Jason from releasing updates whenever he wishes as they have strict rules and complex procedures.
