OHOL fanart

I only have a couple ready for posting so here they are! Apologies my best work is digital art but I haven't got photoshop/gimp/SAI on my laptop yet so I'm stuck with pens+paper for now. It's rough around the edges, like me!

Rainbow clothes! Yes I drew skirts with pockets because they need them imo lol.

(the one in purple is me in OHOL style)

Some colours bled where they weren't supposed to so I had to draw a rock to cover it

Can you get a better photo with more even lighting of the foot-on-bloody-skull one?  Maybe taking a photo of it outside in direct sun would help?

Thanks very much Jason! We do have a scanner though it's SUPER old. I do apologise for the quality and especially the lighting I've never been good at it and I'm not a professional artist. I'm working on making the move to Photoshop/SAI very soon so I may reupload these in digital form which will look better, hopefully. I've had pretty bad art block for a few years so I haven't done digital in that time and they may be a bit rusty but all this is for fun so I won't panic too much, otherwise I might put myself in a rut again.

Still, I'm getting the programs I need today so after some practice I'll give it a good go and if I redo any pics I will send them! I will take these constructive points and try to improve as best I can so many thanks again!

Scanners were great when I was a kid 30+ years ago.

Even an old scanner is way better than a smartphone camera!

Also,  I think paper art is better than digital.  Digital art is a dime a dozen these days...

Okay so this is embarrassing! You were right, It turns out our scanner is a hand-me-down but isn't old at all eek! We got it set up and I tried again to readjust things on both the old and two new pictures!

I don't know who originally suggested ride-able bears but here we are!

I'm not sure if this is decent enough yet so I'm a little hesitant to email them!

They look miles better though so I appreciate the suggestion, it worked out!

Haha, I realise the 'harness' I drew would be completely useless to a massive bear but it looks cute tho!

As long as you have a good relationship with the bear, it should be just fine.   Smokey is a good boy.   He would never eat your leg.

These look great scanned! They still looked good before, but you can see the detail perfectly now.

I'm a marker hoarder so I'm still choosing all the colours I should use. I need a darker blue and green and maybe some deeper brown, gotta dig out more colours!
