Limited time within specialty biomes. After a few min you'll suffer from the respective ailment unless it is your home biome. It would be similer to yellow fever but you only recover outside of the bad biome, Fast recovery if you are stand in your home biome.
This let's other fams do other things but just with more difficultly. Could further the difficulty by adding hungry work to stop edge hopping.

I'm white, does it mean I can't do anything in a desert irl? Ofc not. This biome thing is just a magic bs in this game.

Biome restrictions is BS in the first place Jason should really learn how to play his game. If he actually played the game he would be the type to berry munch or starve to death in a diesel town. All he does is VOG it’s funny.
