fun fact: when potato's were first introduced to Europe they were shunned, and used as decorations! because they looked too similar to the deadly night shade! so if you ever see some potato sprouts remember: they're are just decorations don't eat them!

Now What I have to say is simple but I'm going to over complicate it so that my post is longer.
I Love pies. and let's admit it its the staple of all culture in OHOL. villages that specialize in other foods are bound to die in a few generations. so all villages have a baker who works day and night to keep the village running, and a shepherded to keep mutton flowing.
this is all good and well but It's time for change! I remember when pies were only a luxury of advanced towns, now they are basically a spot for advanced berry munchers. I have noticed that when ever a new food is implemented to keep it "good" it has been given an insane pip value to compete with pies, exp. burrito, taco, fish, turkey extra
they have ridiculously high pip and that doesn't make them good foods because with high pip value comes food waist. this makes mutton pies over powered and the only way for a village to last.
the only reason that you would want to diversify is if you are trying to get a high fertility, yum or are bored. what I am proposing is to decrease the power of all pies and rework the foods of OHOL
now I can't do the calculations for this change and it would be drastic! I believe their would be some massive negative affects yet positive in game.
1. their would be a mass starvation as people realize that the food strategies that have been the same for so long suddenly shifted.
2. their would a lot of complaints about the new values
3. more villages and towns will have start to have more vigor to produce different types of foods!
I'm not a numbers person or will go through every food to estimate and change its value for this change to eclipse but I know that some people are willing to! Pies shouldn't be what a village is dependent on, in real life I see pies mostly as treats or dessert, only a few types as a full meal.
I hope you agree with me about a general reform for the food system!

This is just a small question... would you consider making Tacos and burritos baking? and are they even worth making?
this happened to me in a past life the baker choose to retire and gave me the job of baking, so I start to make pies when I realize shoot we need plates! so instead of preparing bread or feeding sheep while waiting I decided to help maintain the small burrito and taco factory that our village had in one corner. by the time I came back to check on the bakery I saw every one frantic as they were trying to find the knife to kill some sheep which I had in my back pack the hole time... sadly I forgot it was their and quickly prepared some mutton, most people were angry with me for not "being the baker" so I decided to spend the rest of my life with my burritos and tacos.. after giving away the knife to the shepherded.
by being the taco guy was I "baking" or just cooking?

well their was one town which had a nice and open community they had a field of compost and trust me it didn't look nice but this town was efficient!
I choose to be a nanny this life... sigh this was a town of dedicated parents.. just imagine this your talking to the next gen when out of no were five moms rush in (all at once mind you) and feed all the babies! even though they already had a care taker, all the moms were like "love you" or "kiss hug" but the worst was an old woman! so their was a milk maker who would make like three buckets of milk then disappear again bless her soul this would have been enough for me but this woman heard "feed on this" and force fed every baby the perfectly good milk! I wouldn't mind if I wasn't their to take care of the kids but I was their and we waisted so much milk! I think we went through 12 bucks because "miss milk" couldn't stop herself from feed a baby when milk when they lost one hunger point.... sight the waste of resources killed me on the inside I wish this town would just leave kids alone for once! ahh so as a logical person I left my post and committed subside! Pease

Secondly, we totally should be able to build a newcomon engine over an iron vein and get more iron out of it.
well you can't really pump out iron from the earth because its not a liquid! silly you can only pump liquids. so using a newcomon engine could never work.

maybe when the player is "born" or in their mom's belly they can have the option to quit and get reborn such as a miscarriage this allow players have more control where they want to be and will stop the over production of bones!

but breeznight think about the hilarious sense were going to get if we have hand holding! two people decide to get married so their holding hands during the ceremony... but each of them are starving... but the other one doesn't want to be one who let go first so they just stand there as their hunger slowly goes down, and right at the end of the ceremony one of the couples just falls... dead! ha I would pay to see that right at the end of the wedding they both die because they were holding hand … oh
but I do agree that holding hands would be exploited, but a way to keep a big group together or to show affection should be implemented for those who don't have the zoom out mod... like me... and many others who haven't thought of this as an appropriate option!
