So this discussion about nudity will go on and on.
Jason, if you got time, I'd like to suggest to have nudity as a toggleable option in the menu of the game. No mod, no DLC. Just a simple setting option.
Yup, this is goose town after a few days.
Chests are fixed.
But it's still possible to put a lock on a chest so no one can destroy it, right?
I died of old age and respawned as a baby in a different village, after a minute I heared a sound and the home HUD (indicator on screen) appeared, showing that HOME is 5.9K away, what does that mean?
Is it where the old village (where I died) is located? If so, why did this happen?
Is it the nearest bell ringed?
I'm a bit confused, does eating the mushrooms (in game) affect your game in anyway?
Because someone gived me a mushroom, I ate it and this bug happend:
This was fixed in the latest update. Thank you Jason.
The code that determines where you click when you click on yourself has been fixed to prevent mistaken clicks on your clothing that extends behind your face when you click on your face. This was particularly troublesome for children wearing backpacks or aprons. Clicking their face to eat food used to mistakenly put the food into the backpack or apron pocket (because for a child, the backpack strap and apron top are behind their face). Now the head takes precedence, given that it's actually in front of the clothing anyway.
Emotions have been implemented recently and you need to type different commands for each emotion:
/JOY
/HAPPY
/BLUSH
/SAD
/ANGRY
/MAD
/DEVIOUS
My suggestion would be a radial menu that would display when pressing a key (e.g. G) and then you can move the mouse to a direction and releasing the G would select that emotion.
Radial menus from different games:
This would save a large amount of time as we don't need to type every command for just an emotion. It would also help to replace different words like thanks or you're welcome by just press G, mouse over HAPPY / BLUSH emotion and release G key.
OneHourOneLife is an open source game with no copyright, anyone can modify, port, or sell it due to it having no copyright. Technically OHOLm isn't violating copyright and Jason doesn't mind it. Yes, it is unapproved but not breaking any rules either.
I was always curious why Jason wanted to share the game as open-source with the rest of the world. There are no people that contribuite on github as I see on the project page:
If this game gains popularity (right now there are up to 100 players playing based on the all 10 servers status) and more people start to play it, it should also grow the numbers of hacks available as it's open-source and everyone can tweak the code (I guess?).
So let's say it has no copyright, then I can download the code, change a bit of it's appearance and upload it under another name as a new game? Can I port it to steam and sell it with $10 just because it doesn't have any copyright?
I'd like to hear Jason's opinion on this.
I click on pants or butt to eat. Makes sense when it all ends up as poop anyway.
Wouldn't it make sense if you clicked the face/mouth as you eat first and then poop? No one eats with it's butt.
I've updated the main post: What if the babies cry automatically only when 2 food bars are left, this way it would help both mothers and babies.
Is it just this character model or others as well?
Seeing how you show the problem on example of ginger lady I can't help to think its because its the newest model. It might use hitbox of older character or simply "something" (like backpack) is unintentionally covering model itself even though its looks like its "behind".
I think this happens for all the characters (different skin tones and hair styles) at that age.
I've also removed the second thread. Why two of them though? And its not like you double posted by accident because there were like 20 minutes in between of them...
Well, it was a different bug (that the character plays the eating animation when placing food in the backpack as you can see in the gif), I should post it again or can you get it back from trash? Thanks.
What if the baby cries automatically only when it has 2 food bars left? This way the mother knows when to pick it up and feed him/her.
Why would we need this if we already have the F chat trick? Not all players know that they need to say F when starving and would make it easier for both mothers and babies. I hate spamming F every time I need food as a baby.
You cry for a short period of time after you spawn as a baby. The strange thing is that you are not crying even when you are almost dead from starving.
The idea would be to cry every time a baby is starving, this way the mother will know when to pick-up the baby and feed him/her. This way the babies would not need to say F.
From what I know it's impossible to remove Stone Roads, it would be helpful to remove them as I can organize the village more.

Any food goes directly into the backpack when I'm trying to eat by clicking on the face of my character.
This happens only when you are younger (I don't know the age but you can see it in the video below).
I can eat only by clicking the hair, probably the eating/face area box is to high and should be moved a bit down for younger characters?
Shouldn't the banner show as an image instead of the link in the update emails?
Does it still shows the directions to where I've placed it even after I died and respawned as a baby in a new village?
The home marker indicator (on my screen with the arrow) disappears if someone breaks/destroys the home marker I've placed?
The graves automatically say MOTHER or we can write anything on the grave?
If it's automatically and every players see something different: Souldn't the grave say GRAND-MOTHER instead of MOTHER as it's her grand-mother?
What about AUNT?
5. Yes you can curse someone for two hours
So if someone kills me, I remember it's name and then I respawn as a baby, grow up (so I can type all characters) and I still can curse him/her?
Isn't this considered cheating? I mean the person that has this mod installed can see better the structure of a village or he/she can plan better how to kill people. Is it fair?
1. How does the system works? So let's say John Storm starts stabbing random people. How do I curse him? I just type curse John or I need to type curse John Storm?
2. Are there really long names that are impossible to curse? Something that's longer than the character-limit?
3. Is there a way to see how many times you've been cursed?
4. Let's say that a person is named Bob, he does something bad and he goes away and then I type curse bob, how does the range works? Does it searches for the closest player with the name Bob? Maybe there's another Bob on the map.
5. Can a player be cursed after he/she dies? When a person dies, the skeleton remains show FRESH GRAVE OF (NAME), if I say curse (name), will that player get a curse point even if he/she's dead?
6. After how many curses a player is sent to Donkey Town?
7. Does the players knows if he/she is sent to Donkey Town? I mean there are difference in colors/elements/objects?
Hey,
I just discovered this game yesterday from youtube gameplays and I really enjoy the life concept of this game.
I wanted to ask you if it's worth it?
1. Does the main servers work really well? No lag or speed-up (or other glitches I've seen on youtube)?
2. How often the apocalypse happens?
3. MOST IMPORTANT: Are there hackers? (that use infinite health/speed-up/infinte items/etc.)
