Ok let's agree that using sharp stone does not require skill. Just before we have to go through hell, skills should be bound to how complicated the tool is, for example a monkey is able to use the sharp stone, we are humans (bit more intelligent).
Amazing suggestion, love everything about it! I hope Jason actually starts considering suggestions, he is currently completely disconnected from us.
You name the map by speaking a phrase when you create it. That title can be as useful or useless as you want it to be.
MAP TO THE SOUTH OIL FIELD
etc.... is possible. Same limit as the length of text on a piece of paper, which is limited based on how hold you are when you create it. Maps can be erased to be reused, and like paper, an elder can make them permanent with ink.
I hope you all see how this is a major game-changer.
This was inspired in part by what I saw people doing last arc with the End Tower Maze. Emergent player-created "quests" have always been one of my goals.
Imagine finally getting into the center of a locked maze and finding a map to a treasure...
FFs jason you making a map but completely ignoring our needs for signs?! We need signs to point out places, the current system to make letters is so ridiculously hard no one uses it at all, make letters uses from infinite resources like the property fences, it's a simple update that could change everything! Listen to us for once!
Regarding signs, maps are coming to the game this week so finding important locations will get an upgrade.
The rest is not really interesting, why apples?
We already have mangos
Milk in tanks?
Using iron instead of rope for a bucket?
But i get what you're saying the game feels repetitive visually (if that's what you mean)
Like for example why add more animals when the animals we have currently could be more visually interesting and not look all the same.
For example Black sheeps, grey sheeps, lambs and every variation of tone in between.
Trees with different tones of colors that dont look all the same
Different looking breeds of crops, like black tomatoes (yes they exist), red carrots etc.
This could be procedurally generated from a set of colors and the seed or animal could inherit the parents properties, so a black sheep would make black lambs (unless you roll a variation)
Every village could look visually different, some would have grey pigs others black sheeps, you could even breed specific variations of crops or animals and trade them if you want to.
You could also recognize locations better because they would look different (trees, rocks etc) and exploring would feel less visually repetitive.
Yes! Couldnt explain it better, thank you man. Also we could add special monuments that each family can build uniquely from other family, like in different style, same as each nation has its different style and culture.
Idk how hard it is to add those stuff for jason:
WE NEED MORE SIGNS INGAME
Letters on signs should be made based on an infinite resource (like how fences work) WE NEED MORE SIGNS INGAME
add arrows pointing directions and symbols too!!!! to point out important locations
symbols on signs to show carrot, tomato, potato, wheat farm locations!
JUST DO IT
More fruit trees (at least add apple)
More natural sounds (like water drops near ponds, wild birds singing on trees)
More diversity in wild animals (add one animal at least)
More item stacking! (For example let us stack mutton meat on ground like carrots)
Seed bags! (let us store bigger amounts of seeds in something other than clay bowls)
Milk in tanks (same way you made water tanks, allow us to store milk in those iron tanks!)
Watering can (watering directly using updated bucket)
Diverse Fish (not only arctic char!)
More Worms (make them infinite and disappear like milkweed seeds)
The answer is easy, you're not adding any content, and wasting time with wars and family updates. The game is not progressing, it's just an endless bug fixes and more ways to fight and kill each others.

The point of the arcs is to see what happens over the long haul to villages as fundamental resources run out in a finite area. .
Let me give you the simplest answer to this question, WE F**KING DIE .
Thank you
Jason focused so much on war issues he forgot the game still needs a lot more content, maybe it's time to start looking at suggestions and adding content.
You already have bulk milk storage. They are called cows. Take as many buckets out as you like.
The_Anabaptist
Amazing job! let's start working on more content now we have stable arcs shall we (check suggestions plz <3 )
Water has cistern to store water, what about milk and latex and other liquids? Maybe we can add tanks made of iron that fit couple of buckets in and u can take milk out of it, same for latex and other liquids.
"Curse Pol Uno"
WE had the same situation with a thief called pol uno, she kept stealing our stuff in front of us knowing we cannot kill her without a 3 seconds head start for her to run, it took the whole village to catch and kill her, after losing most of our stuff, and we were like 10-20 players? Anyway everyone cursed her so I'm pretty sure she's in donkey town by now
Maybe the posse system should apply once on the target player, not every time we charge we have to wait 3 seconds, that way next time we charge there is no cool down.
Here are some suggestions that can make the one hour life we have more meaningful:
1. Watering can: By using a watering can, you are able to water multiple plantations in the same amount the bucket holds. The current situation requires us to use clay bowl to water each berry/crop one by one which is waste of our precious time. It can be crafted by adding a lid and funnel to a bucket.
2. Bigger rift: The current rift is small, a bigger rift would give us more chance to find wilderness away from the chaotic cities later in the game.
3. Natural sounds: Hearing wild animals, and mainly smooth birds singing around is calming, and maybe sound of moving duck inside the pond.
4. Fire Match: We will be able to craft fire matches that can be ignited directly through interacting with a suitable surface and then adding it to wood to start a fire. It can be crafted by adding sulfur to a small stick, and craft a small container box for multiple matches in it.
5. Fireplace: Any structure that can be made of stone or metal designed to contain the fire, and can be used efficiently to make fire last longer.
6. Diverse Fish: The only thing you can catch with fishing pole is arctic char, and it has a really low chance to catch it, and takes lot of time. Please more allow us to catch more kinds of fish and have more chance.
7. More Worms: Worms should not be rare or limited! There should be a way to dig a hole and get infinite amount of worm out of it that would die by time (same mechanism with milkweed seeds!)
8. Diverse Wilderness: I think we should start having more diversity in the wilderness and add more plants and animals. Apples would be a good start
9. Last Will: What if we replaced "last words" with ""Last Will", a paragraph that you write after you die, that you can view in same location in family tree section. In that way you could leave a story for the loved ones, an important tip, or a message of warning for them! It would be nice to click on those who we spent our lives with and check their story, I would find it so satisfying to read through everyone's stories (and maybe discovering secrets from ancestor's stories).
10. Signs for navigation (Very important!): The Letter system takes a lot of skewers to make them, and not a tiny amount either even for the simplest signs. It would be okay to keep the current complexity of letters, but maybe have them be made based on an infinite resource (kinda like how fences work currently) instead of the very hard to get (especially late game and with the rift) skewers. In terms of signs with directions, I would love to be able to make arrows for signs.
I've made this suggestion here and on reddit a month ago, and I really want to see it happen so lets do it all over again!

I will double these for now.
Nice!! Thank you jason
100% agree I spent several lives searching that alum and I had no idea it was so rare that it nearly doesn't exist in the entire rift. I wasted so much of my time...
Will do.
Thank you man!
Please consider Pein's suggestion as well, it is amazing.
A week is an ideal time to actually enjoy our lives to the best, we got plans to connects towns and building huge monuments, I love experimenting having enough resources to build monuments and completing big plans and not just "surviving" and hardworking to not starve, we deserve some time to enjoy our hard work.
yes please!
Yes please, we would appreciate it a lot.
Must have been this town? Aweful lot of bodies
yes this is it, we were slaughtered like animals
As the last female of the Posillico family, I had no idea of the war going on, and was just moving from our north city to the south one, I reached there and found it empty, I was horrified cause it was full of people and now there isn't a single person, I knew instantly something was wrong, and very soon after I started giving birth to kids like crazy so I realized the horrible fact that we are being slaughtered by a group of jones family, I already knew by then my horrible fate if I stayed in that town, but it was too late a huge group of the raiders has already arrived to finish me off as the last female survival... It was really depressing as I've been building the towns over generations hoping to see the fruits of the work the next day, but again the arc ends so fast...
We should remove war swords temporary, and focus on updates to help us build diverse civilizations with different structures and monuments, more crops and more tools, more advanced security systems, then add the sword back. Cause I find the game is still in the middle of development and sword are just slowing us down. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with swords, but they are not supposed to be integrated at this stage of the game. Overall, the game is amazing we just need to push sword away for a bit to think straight and extend a bit the arc (I wanna enjoy a longer arc please).
The dog will kill any player from another family of its owner when tied next to gate, that's a better way for it to work
